OUR TEAM

We are small but mighty. Artistic and funny. And most importantly, we are a family.

MT Trim Co was established in 2020, but our roots in carpentry started more than 20 years ago. Founder Matthew Whiteis grew up learning the trade from his father and older brother, who both inspired him to create his own company. Having a creative and analytical mindset, Matthew loves the challenge of custom projects.

Teresa is an artist at heart with more than 20 years of marketing experience. She loves working with clients to design custom projects. Plus, she has a knack for all things social media.
